TUNING
A piano does well being tuned 1-2 times a year. As humidity changes through the seasons the piano will expand and contract changing the tension on the strings. This is the primary reason for a piano going out of tune.
REPAIRS AND SERVICE
Sticky keys, stuck keys, noisy pedals, sluggish playing, etc. Please describe any issues with your piano to the best of your ability before appointment times.
CLEANING
Dust accumulation attracts moisture and over time that moisture will deteriorate finishes and damage parts. We use non invasive silicon free solutions to clean pianos. A scheduled cleaning will touch almost every surface of your piano and will ensure you can continue to play for years to come.
REGULATION
Pianos that are played often should be regulated every 5-10 years. Regulating a piano compensates for wear and tear on parts over time. It uses precision adjustments to ensure that each part in each key is working uniformly up and down the piano allowing for optimum response and playability.
